1. Company Name Approval

Your proposed Company Name must be available and approved by ACRA.

2. Registered Company Address

A Singapore Incorporated Company must have a local registered address, P.O. boxes are not allowed.

3. Director

A minimum of one Singapore resident director above 18 years of age.

4. Shareholder

A minimum of one Singapore resident or foreign shareholder, can be an individual or a corporate. A director can the same person as the shareholder.

5. Share Capital

A minimum of S$1.00 for private limited incorporated company.

6. Company Secretary

Compulsory appointment in the incorporation process. A director/shareholder cannot act as the Company secretary. Averie Management Services would be able to provide a Corporate Secretary for incorporation and secretarial services.
